Authentic, rustic, Italian fare featuring a variety of small plates, house-made charcuteries, breads, cheeses and antipasti. House-made pastas, whole roasted fish and a premiere selection of meats during dinner. A true Italian experience in an intimate two-story setting.

Indoor dining is now available as of 1/22 at 25% capacity. Reservations are for indoor seating only. You may request patio seating, however it is on a first come first serve basis. Please be aware that there is a 90 minute maximum per table for parties less than 5 (*both inside & outside) unless otherwise approved by management. We are doing our best to accommodate as many guests as possible. We appreciate your business and understanding during this difficult time.

    Amazing food, service and value! 2:00 pm reservation and had a delicious meal including starter, entree and drinks! Definitely will return on my next visit to DC!

    Our waiter was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining while speaking perfect Italian. The food was outstanding, well plated and delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable, the lighting and the noise level were both low. I was able to enjoy the experience with my children and cannot state enough how much I recommend this restaurant.

    Pretty disappointing experience, to be honest. Ate here when the place first opened up, but we just weren't spending a lot of time in the area afterwards, so I was looking forward to coming back. I'm not sure what happened, but it was a far cry from it used to be. A black bean veloute with truffle turned out to be a plate of refried black beans. Tasty refried black beans, mind you, but the truffle was MIA ... as in there were none, which made me highly suspect of the $20 price point. I ordered the swordfish with the spicy broccolini. What I got was lifelessly overcooked fish and ... (not spicy) cauliflower. When the waiter surfaced for the second time of the night at the end of our meal, I explained that cauliflower was not broccolini, broccoli, or anything spicy, and he just ran away. I mean he literally just walked away from the conversation. I was far from yelling at the guy, just explaining what I thought of the dish as he was clearing our plates. We spent the next 15 minutes looking for someone who could fetch our bill, since our waiter never came back. Then, after we paid, our waiter showed up with a gratuitous flan and a couple teeny glasses of limoncello (I hate the stuff). The flan was tasty, the limoncello was better than I expected, but honestly, WTF? All I really wanted was a second glass of wine after I finished my first, but that was apparently too much to ask.
