Welcome to Lure Fish House, if your preferred reservation time is not available about half of our overall seating is unreserved for walk-ins. Our bar and oyster bar areas offer our full service menu and are open seating in order of arrival. Lure Fish House is a Ventura California based family-owned restaurant featuring the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Our Arizona Lure has its seafood order prepared in our own Ventura California seafood cutting facility and is directly driven to Arizona about 15 hours after it is ordered from the chef in Scottsdale. We feature organically grown local produce and wines from local vineyards whenever possible. We also feature a full bar with specialty cocktails made with freshly squeezed fruit juices and a raw bar serving a variety of fresh chilled seafood and oysters.

                                                                                      Excellent food and service! We were seated immediately and were offered drinks quickly before ordering our food. Our server let us know the raw bar was busy and our seafood tower may arrive a bit later than normal, which was a great heads up. However it arrived quickly and was delicious! They were very busy but never felt that way. Great service and amazing food!

                                                                                      The seafood salad was delicious. My husband enjoyed the generous serving of fish and chips. The only thing that was an issue was getting our drinks. Our server kept advising us the beverage service was backed up. I am unsure why that would be at 1:30 in the afternoon. We didn’t even get water until our food came. But the food was worth it and we will be going back.

                                                                                      Food is delicious. I had miso glazed sea bass & it was wonderful. My husband had mussels & he loved them. Service was outstanding. Cocktails were perfect. Great restaurant!!

                                                                                      Our Friday evening reservation was disregarded as at first we were seated outside in the cold and then only offered a high top table in the bar area. The little boy who worked reception was quite rude stating that if we didn’t want to eat outside that we would have to wait despite having a reservation. Annie at the front reception desk scrambled a bit and offered us seating at the bar. Not what we had expected, but better than outside in the cold. Tatum’s service was great, but my entree was cold, the crab cocktail was minuscule and over priced, and the only item of note that merited the price was the sea bass appetizer. Disappointing treatment from a neighborhood restaurant. Sad to learn this morning that Lure reported us to Open Table as “No Shows”. Wasn’t gonna leave a bad review of their horrible reception and service last night, nor of their mediocre food, but LYING about our attendance to try to escape their inevitable bad review is INEXCUSABLE! Shame on Lure!

                                                                                      The local black cod was amazing! We also had the grilled tuna at our table and that was great w the sauce. The spinach was a bit disappointing just bc of the tiny serving size. Everything else was very healthy portions.
