Welcome to Lure Fish House, if your preferred reservation time is not available about half of our overall seating is unreserved for walk-ins. Our bar and oyster bar areas offer our full service menu and are open seating in order of arrival.

Lure Fish House is a Ventura California based family-owned restaurant featuring the freshest sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Our Arizona Lure has its seafood order prepared in our own Ventura California seafood cutting facility and is directly driven to Arizona about 15 hours after it is ordered from the chef in Scottsdale. We feature organically grown local produce and wines from local vineyards whenever possible. We also feature a full bar with specialty cocktails made with freshly squeezed fruit juices and a raw bar serving a variety of fresh chilled seafood and oysters.

    This is the second time dining at Lure and it’s a hit again. The cioppino was excellent. Everything including our cocktails were excellent. We now have a favorite server. Rose is the perfect blend of friendly and helpful. She checked on us regularly at the perfect moments and her kind smile is sincere. We will always sit where Rose is working.

    Once seated, our server took about 10 minutes to come to our table for drink orders. I ordered a margarita, which was excellent. To start, we ordered a dozen Blue Point oysters on the half shell which were delicious. For dinner, my mother-in-law ordered the Miso Salmon, which she greatly enjoyed. My wife ordered the swordfish with a lemon and caper seasoning which was very good. I ordered the Pacific white sea bass for $38 which was about the size of the palm of my hand--very small for the price and decent in taste but not great. We all ordered the New England clam chowder as a side which was good in taste but very liquidy--we like it thicker. Although I might return to Lure, I am in no hurry to do so.

    Food and ambience were outstanding, and Soyla made our cocktails even more special. Unfortunately I can say the same about the server. I had to ask the hostess to come get him. Not sure if I have to blame the manager for cutting the floor too early or if the server was actually slow. This is not the first time Lure disappointed me when it comes to servers. I only remember one server being very attentive and came to check on us very often.

    Excellent seafood! We had the seafood tower that was amazing. The Rock fish was fantastic. We will go back for sure. Service was excellent - knowledgeable and friendly.

    Great selection of seafood - both appetizers and entrees. Good wine selection and fantastic service. Really glad we ate at Lure Fish House.

    We love Lure Fish House. They have the best clam chowder in the valley and we've never had a bad entrée there. The service is always good. If you love seafood Lure will not disappoint!

    We really enjoyed the crispy perfectly fried calamari starter. It comes with 2 sauces both of which are delicious. My rock cod tacos were excellent. My husband had the lobster roll which he liked; it came cold, but he’d get it warmed next time which was an option. A complimentary birthday hot fudge sundae ended the meal. I liked that I was asked whether I wanted a song or not. Love this restaurant!
