                                              Best food in town. The sauces are amazing. The sea bass, chicken mole, esquite, plantain enchilada and rib eye tacos were all spot on. The drinks are amazing, and although the margs are delicious, the other cocktails are definitely worth trying. I also had a quava desert that was SOOO delicious. The atmosphere is loud, so not the best spot if you are trying to have a group conversation.

                                              I liked the decor and everyone was very friendly. The drinks were excellent and served quickly. This place has promise but needs to improve food quality to justify the expense and perhaps expand the menu. The portions are small.

                                              Amazing Food! Concientis Service (but, seems they are still defining their service style). Comfortable Atmosphere. Did I mention the great food. The Duck Taco is amazing! We got a deconstructed Guava Creme Brûlée that was one of the best desserts I have ever had! Go here. You will be glad you did!

                                              We drove from Denver to Fort Collins just to have dinner at Madre Cocina. We had heard that it’s a rare find in Colorado’s dining scene so we had to find out for ourselves. Wow, did it exceed our high expectations!! The cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and the dessert were all outstanding. The service was absolutely wonderful - Danny, Caesar, and Annabelle made us feel so welcome and it was obvious they are dedicated to making each customer feel special. It’s so unusual to experience such an amazing dining experience but Madre Cocina is a unique restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!!

                                              Amazing drinks and creative food options! It was very loud and the service was mediocre. We had a reservation at 8:15 pm and they set us in the back section and then starting cleaning around us at 9:00 pm. Seemed inappropriate. But will return again and ask to sit in bar area or front section as the ambiance and food was great!

                                              Everything was amazing! Caleb was a great server, the Chilean sea bass crudo was to die for, all tacos amazing, and the margaritas were a HIT! New date spot for sure!

                                              Food is extraordinary! Tried everything our group ordered and can recommend the Caesar, cactus salad, tacos, mushroom enchilada, Airline chicken(incredible mole), sea bass (best ever), and barbacoa. My favorite is the Tommy - light and limey- margarita but all the cocktails are exceptional- try the one that is smoking through skull on top of the glass. Wonderful, attentive service from Jimmy. We all can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!!

                                              A very beautiful space. However, what was weird to me was the 100 inch TV on the wall in the dining room right above the tables. Very distracting. Food was decent. Would go back
