My wife's Wagu shells were served luke warm at best. My mashed potatoes were cold. The server at the next table kept bumping my chair in the back as he passed behind me, leading to an uncomfortable confrontation. The experience was awful, only mitigated by the manager who was very nice and comped the meal. I would have happily paid for better experience.

The bruschetta was perfect. The addition of ricotta cheese was amazing. The Maggianos salad with the mustard vinaigrette was an excellent salad. The rigatoni d was excellent according to those that got it. My wife and I had the mushroom ravioli and it was one of the best raviolis I have had in a long time. The butter pound cake was wonderful and the crème brûlée was also perfectly done. This was a four de force.

Good food. Not too expensive, but not a great value. No more free pasta to go. I'd definitely go again, but it's no longer a great deal / value. Now it's a good Italian restaurant that is priced like Cheesecake factory or outback steakhouse. Reasonable. One thing that is great...no fee for splitting a meal. So get a pasta with salmon, split it and then split a dessert. Now the price is much more value!!!!

The service by our waiter Miami was excellent with dynamic interaction. The new dished added by Maggiano’s such as the veal parmigiana add a new fine dining dimension to the experience.

Host team was very nice and got us to our table quickly but downhill from there. Dirty glassware on table, service felt slow and the waiter kept forgetting to grab us things we asked for. First and probably last time going there.

We had a fabulous dinner for my Aunt’s 80th birthday! We had a party of 18 and the servers didn’t skip a beat. They even entertained our elementary school aged family members with coloring pages and cake. They effortlessly divided the check without even having to ask what food belonged to which person. We were able to relax and spend family time together thanks to the fantastic hospitality of the Maggiano’s staff. Thank you!
