                                                                                                          It's getting hard to find a good family Italian restaurant where there's something on the menu for all ages at a less than exorbitant price. For 6 people, 2 of whom were children, appetizers, 4 main courses, 2 kids meals, 2 desserts, and one drink each for the 4 adults was akmost $300 without tip. Due to the season, there were several lage parties and not enough staff for the restaurant. Our server was constantly apologizing for the delay in getting everything. The food was fine but nothing special. Despite making it kniwn that we were celebrating a birthday, our table was overlooked while other tables were recognized. Overall it was just ok.

                                                                                                          We thought we were ordering the chopped salads with the iceberg lettuce but instead received salads with huge pieces of assorted greens, we were told that this was an upgrade from the iceberg lettuce, but not nearly as tasty, difficult to eat, and a total disappointment. The entrees were served before the salads???? One serving of bread for six people, never replenished. The fettuccine alfredo was gummy and pasty instead of creamy and delicious. Dessert and coffee were ordered; however, one guest had a special need to have a cup with a lid which was ordered. When the coffee was served, the waitress brought out large Styrofoam cups for all six guests and the cream in a Styrofoam cup (totally unacceptable). Maggiano's had been our special Christmas dining occasion, but after this experience, it no longer seems very special, just disappointing.

                                                                                                          Our server was terrific, very attentive. She made sure she served fresh warm bread with olive oil & balsamic . The salads were good which was lucky because my shrimp scampi was bland and shrimp were undercooked.

                                                                                                          Great service for our party of 14! Everyone enjoyed both food and cocktails (except the four kids ages 7-9)! Kids menu was a hit with the littles, too.

                                                                                                          Went for the first time on Thanksgiving and had their prefixe family meal. The salmon and ham were overcooked and dry, the pasta dishes were mediocre, as were most of the sides. The apple crostata for dessert was pretty good. All of the food was warm, but not hot. The service was good, our waitress was very kind and helpful. Even though it was very busy, she was attentive and worked very hard. Overall it was not the quality or ambiance we were expecting for a nice holiday meal; probably will not return.

We had reservations for 8:15 and showed up early and told us we weren’t going to get a table till the time of our reservation while walk ins were be seated right away.
