Food was good. Service was not. We had to ask for silverware. Basically, we had to ask for everything and the waiter was not very attentive. VERY noisy, but every restaurant is very noisy

We drove 30 minutes hoping for Eggplant Parm only to be told it was removed from menu. 😥 We almost left but we were hungry. Had the lasagna - one of the worst ever. I can still taste the ricotta cheese. We could not finish it. The waiter kind of laughed at us when I said it was disappointing. Not going back to Maggiano's. Have been over 20 times to many locations but this was the absolute most nasty. It seems to get worse post Covid. Sorry

Sat down. Got rushed. Babies crying at other tables. Was my son’s birthday. Table next to us got a slice of cake, we simply got a bill. Had the seafood pasta, it smelled and tasted funky. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Sadly been going there for years, this will be my Last.

First time here, nice place, large main dining area. First thing was the hostess, young girl did not seem confident in what she was doing when spoken to. We were seated shortly after our reservation time. Lot of noise, could hear conflicting music from the bar area with the main dining area. Thought there might have been a dress code but when a family of eight showed up it what was not much more than shorts and tank tops for dinner I realized then that this is a very causal place. Our waiter Steve was excellent, very attentive and professional, the food was reasonably priced and was excellent. Over all only gave a GOOD rating as the ambiance left a bit to be desired. Will come back, but dressed down a bit to fit in better with the clientele.

We loved Maggiano’s! We were greeted with warm smiles and professional courtesy. The manager demonstrated remarkable flexibility by rearranging tables for our large party. The culinary delights were simply fantastic. Christian, our outstanding server, elevated our evening with his exceptional knowledge, patience, and kindness. We’ve never encountered such remarkable service. We can’t wait to return and experience it again! Happy and Healthy New Year Maggiano’s!

Had not been there in a while. Bread not as good as it used to be. Chicken dishes were very good.Veal Parm on the bone ($44) was terrible.(Be advised that suggested tip calculated on bill amount including sales tax.)
