I was extremely disappointed with the 40 minute wait. I had a 7:00 pm reservation and did not get seated until 7:40. The waiting area has no seating and it was filled with people. Upon arrival I was told I was checked in and would be seated in a few minutes. A total misleading statement.

I used to come to this restaurant all the time years ago. Don't think I'll be returning. I made a reservation weeks before my dinner date, and still was forced to wait 30 minutes WITH the reservation. No apologies and lots of attitude from staff personnel. This evening was so poorly run ... complete chaos. Also, when we finally got to a table, we had dirty dinnerware. I mentioned it politely to the server who gave me the snarkiest face and no apology. Not sure why their lack of organization and planning is the customers fault but it was a disaster. Also, the quality of food was meh at best. Lastly, there was a few different occasions where glassware and silverware was taken from areas we were in awkwardly far too quickly. Are y'all short on supplies??? They took the martini mixers for our drinks (which came later than the FOOD) and the server forced pouring the extra martini into my glass almost spilling it everywhere. It was simply chaos and really pathetic.

The quality of the food is average at best. The service was good. We eat at Maggiano’s every few months We get a $6 meal to go but found out this convenience was cut out. We are disappointed.

My party booked a reservation for 715 PM and waited for one hour to be seated. The host was extremely rude when we inquired of him about the wait and referred us to a manager who made an empty promise for a free appetizer. The server was polite, but overall I was dissatisfied with the manager saying that the wait was caused by the inability to coordinate with OpenTable.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Christian! He was attentive, polite, and helpful with food selections. He invisibly kept all our beverages filled. We brought our 92 year old Mother with us and he kindly helped her pack her leftovers and brought her walker. The food was delicious and all six of us had a wonderful dining experience.

Great Thanksgiving dinner. We were seated right away and served quickly. Portions of food were enormous. Special menu for the dinner.

The service wa a terrible , food awful all cold and disaster . So disappointed that I will never go back in that restaurant again . The worst thanksgiving food ever .

I had the pleasure of dining at Maggianos it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere transported us to Italy, with warm lighting, holiday decor, and a welcoming staff that treated us like family. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic dishes, but the highlights for me were Rigatoni D and the lasagna. They were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to al dente perfection. Don’t skip dessert! The tiramisu was light, creamy, and perfectly sweet, and the cheesecake was delicious . The service was impeccable—our server Carlos was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Speaking of wine, the selection was extensive, featuring excellent Italian varietals at reasonable prices. i had the Moscato and it was great staple piece with my pasta . If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic Italian dining experience, Maggianos in Boca Raton is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!
