Five of us went for the family style meal and still have enough leftovers for another night or two of dinners. The food is always delicious and abundant! This is our family’s go-to restaurant for Valentine’s and other special occasions.

I want to start off by saying that we love Maggiano’s. We have frequented this location many times for special occasions. We have visited other locations nationwide as well. Tonight was horrendous! The only 2 people I will complement are the bartender and the valet (which is probably not part of Maggiano’s staff). We went there for my mother in law’s birthday and we were sat at a table that wasn’t even set. What I believe was a manager or the head hostess came over and tried to set the table by handing each of us our appetizer plates and cutlery. Stephen did great but he didn’t start great as he greeted us with water and proceeded to spill a drink on my husband. Typically if service isn’t spot on you hope for the food to be the star, well to say that was amiss is an understatement. My branzino was horrible! I had to order hot sauce to make it edible. Yes read that again hot sauce at an Italian restaurant! Lastly the “coffee runner” she didn’t know what she was serving. We have vowed to take Maggiano’s off of our special occasion list.

my wife tried the wagu meatball appitizer, and she loved it,,,,,, she also ordered a caprise salad, but it needed some more balsamic vinagarette to her dish, was was very good by the way,,,,,,,,,, our server Ennauel was tops....always around when needed...in fact he is our first choice for our server.... wish you had the muscles fra diavlo and Ministrone soup, and not tomato soup..........

My table had a mishap with my order, the server was very attentive and the chef even came out to personally apologize and take responsibility. We had a great experience.

The food was just average. The service was below average. It’s much different than it was last year. Hopefully it will come back to what it used to be.

We have been to Maggiano’s for over 20 years; this was the worst experience ever! The food was awful! The chicken parmigiana tasted like it was a frozen chicken patty that was defrosted. The cheese on top was like a slice of melted provolone. The Branzino fish came with skin. The skin was thicker than the fish, which was maybe 3 ounces. Not even a teaspoon of mashed potatoes with it,spinach soaked in oil ….awful! Salads used to be delicious, tonight, terrible! The prices have increased tremendously! The spaghetti & 1 meatball is now $25, same as the chicken parmigiana. My fish was $32!Service was terrible, because our waiter had too many tables! Never filled up water or sodas! $90 for 1 side salad, 1 chicken parm, & 1 fish, just doesn’t make sense at Maggiano’s..and I went home hungry! We are DONE WITH MAGGIANOS,SORRY TO SAY!

Had a reservation at 7:00pm, arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. What is the point of booking a reservation and people without reservations are seated before us. I would never return or recommend this restaurant to any one.
