They changed some things on their menu and it was much more expensive and items weren’t as good quality. I always get the Margherita Flatbread as a meal and today it wasn’t flat it looked like a kids pizza and they also left off the basil. I will prob not be back soon that’s a shame.

My only concern was when I ordered their signature dish (rigatoni special D) which the waitress said was their trademark, it should have been fantastic but instead it was cold and average at best!

                                                                                      Service was lacking tremendously. Kept disappearing. I ordered a drink that I never got. Food description wasn’t great. Entree wasn’t a great value. The restaurant was messy. Dirty glasses everywhere. Very untidy bar. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Just had a grimy feel all around. This restaurant used to not be like this in years past. I am Sad about this experience and will likely not return.

                                                                                      We had to wait for 10 minutes at the hostess stand before anyone even acknowledged us. They just went about seating other parties. And when finally they did ask if we had been helped, they did not even ask if we had reservations, they just told us what the wait would be. When my salad was dropped off, the person doing so was gone in a flash. Was a long time before our waitress reappeared to finally request some pepper since none was on the table. Also had to ask for the cheese shaker when our entrees came, instead of being asked if we would like any. The food itself was as good as it always is at any Maggiano's, which is why my daughter wanted to go here.
