                                                                                                          My best friend and her daughter and I meet every December at Maggiano’s. Every year has been wonderful, until this time. One friend always gets gnocchi and it wasn’t on the menu. Before we arrived at the restaurant we all checked the menu on the website. We asked about lunch specials. Not available in December. We always get the pasta to take home. They don’t offer that any longer even though it was on the website. Totally the worse experience and our server had on a dirty shirt and was rather slow with service. We are all very disappointed that one of our favorite events of the year was diminished by a sub-par restaurant. We will look elsewhere next year. Also, every year we each bring an extra $50 each to give to the sever for Christmas. Our server did not deserve the extra tip.

                                                                                                          We had a great dining experience. Reece was our server and she was very attentive. They were extremely busy but we never felt rushed through our meal and she was always checking on us during our meal. It was nice to see them so busy. Dre is one of our favorite servers at the restaurant but he wasn’t available tonight. However, he even checked on us to make sure we were treated well.

                                                                                                          Some friends getting together before the end of the year to catch up. It was a little loud and we couldn’t really hear each other talk but the food was good and we had a good time.

                                                                                                          We had reservations for weeks, and the rule is your entire party has to be there to be seated. When we were all there, we waited about 10 more minutes before they say us. When we got seated we were at a table right in the path of servers and diners walking by, the path was so slim that our friends on aisle side were non stop hit in the back of the head. The music was so loud it was very hard to hear anyone. When the waitress came over she noticed the sitting situation and quickly worked to find us another option. We did end up on the patio, which was great in many ways but the service was slow. We were there for an hour before we even got a drink, From entering to leaving we were there 3 hours plus. This was not an issue since we were having a good time, but in reality that is a long time to get your drinks, food, etc. Our waitress was wonderful - very personable and helpful as was the staff that helped move us. Not sure if this is a common issue on a Saturday night or if it is just the upcoming holidays.

                                                                                                          Disappointing. We’ve loved Maggiano’s for many years. I’m not sure if it’s the season, the management, the staff or what, but things were definitely off. The food was overdone, dry, and tasteless. Server was fine, a bit of a ruffian intent of improving himself, yet he was efficient and kind. The food quality and even the bread just made us feel like Corporate decisions have been made to reduce cost and it’s manifesting itself downstream. It’s ironic when corporate greed ruins the very thing they seek to protect; the business.

                                                                                                          The greeter did not greet us at the desk, she questioned our reservation, and then she was asked by a manager to seat us 3 times and she made us wait while she did nothing else important and she finally got around to it. Very unprofessional. The server was very good, but the food was very salty and one of our entrees was not hot. We have eaten here many times and the food was never this salty.
