Welcome to Maggiano's Little Italy in Charlotte, located at 4400 Sharon Road in SouthPark Mall. Our dining room is ideal for family-style dining with our Italian–American cuisine, reminiscent of a Sunday night visit to your grandmother’s house -- or as they say in Italy, nonna’s casa!                                                                                                           This was our 2nd experience the family style dinner. The wait time between courses was a little long, but our waiter was super nice. We definitely prefer the old way of the family style menu where we were able to choose our options for each course. Please bring that back! Less food will be wasted and guests will be more satisfied.

                                                                                                          It was a Sunday night before Christmas, the Carolina Panthers had home game so there was an influx of customers. I had reservations and as busy as it seemed I was seated 15 mins before my reservation time. The staff and management know how to move a large crowd through the restaurant. The wait staff was always checking in on us, the time for our meals to arrive was very quick. Hats off to Maggiano's at South Park.

                                                                                                          Food was good! We enjoyed ourselves. Did notice that Lemon cookies are a LOT smaller than they used to be. Also, they no longer have the buy a meal, take one home deal. Inflation has definitely affected our favorite restaurant!

                                                                                                          My best friend and her daughter and I meet every December at Maggiano’s. Every year has been wonderful, until this time. One friend always gets gnocchi and it wasn’t on the menu. Before we arrived at the restaurant we all checked the menu on the website. We asked about lunch specials. Not available in December. We always get the pasta to take home. They don’t offer that any longer even though it was on the website. Totally the worse experience and our server had on a dirty shirt and was rather slow with service. We are all very disappointed that one of our favorite events of the year was diminished by a sub-par restaurant. We will look elsewhere next year. Also, every year we each bring an extra $50 each to give to the sever for Christmas. Our server did not deserve the extra tip.

                                                                                                          We had a great dining experience. Reece was our server and she was very attentive. They were extremely busy but we never felt rushed through our meal and she was always checking on us during our meal. It was nice to see them so busy. Dre is one of our favorite servers at the restaurant but he wasn’t available tonight. However, he even checked on us to make sure we were treated well.

                                                                                                          Some friends getting together before the end of the year to catch up. It was a little loud and we couldn’t really hear each other talk but the food was good and we had a good time.
