Welcome to Maggiano's Little Italy, located in downtown Chicago on the corner of Clark & Grand. Our restaurant is a quick trip from the Water Tower Mall, Navy Pier & the Art Museum. Our dining room is ideal for family-style dining with our Italian–American cuisine, reminiscent of a Sunday night visit to your grandmother’s house -- or as they say in Italy, nonna’s casa! These delicious dishes paired with great service, generous portions and a warm atmosphere keep our guests and their families coming back for more. The outdoor seasonal patio has an old-world feel of dining on the bustling streets of Florence.

Host said it was going to be a wait because they were sitting everyone. They couldn’t decide who our waiter was going to be, so it took another 30 minutes to order. The waitress we ended up getting was not in a good mood so her service wasn’t the best. Manager did apologize and comped us our sangria pitcher, which I’ll say was delicious! Food was flavorful but served a little cold. Overall I’m sure the restaurant can give better experiences, it was just an off day.

                                                                                                          I ordered the chicken Parmesan which was served warm. My daughter order chicken fettuccine Alfredo and this was nice and hot. The ladies rest rooms were dirty and toilet paper strewn on the floor. The bin was over flowing with used paper hand towels scattered around the rest rooms. These had definitely not been checked for some time I notified a member of staff and they just looked at me and couldn’t care. Disappointing visit and I won’t return here.

                                                                                                          We had a phenomenal experience. The hostesses, servers and managers were friendly, accomodating and positive. The food and drinks were amazing! We are a family of 6 with different palates, but everything was delicious. We had the mushroom ravioli, shrimp Alfredo, chicken parmesan, mac & cheese and spaghetti for kiddos. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect for conversation with our family. Highly recommend to RSVP, but walk-in seating is a approximately a 20-30 minute wait if they’re not busy. Enjoy!

                                                                                                          We had a group of 17 including 8 kids. We were very pleased with the family style option since the amount of food was more than enough. It all was very good and the service was outstanding!
