                                                                                                          I've dined at Kenwood Maggianos MANY times so I believe this experience is an outlier. 20 minutes to receive my cocktail. We asked for parmesan for our bread, none was ever delivered. My order never got rung in. When it(tenderloin medallions) did come it looked like someone cut a steak in half and threw it on the plate but not before the manager attemtped to deliver it to the wrong table. I was informed the mela would be removed from my bill but when the chekc came my waitress tried to tell me "it was comped" but sure it enough it was still on the menu, i had to have her re-ring my check after i was told it would be taken care of. The other guest at the table got the 2 meal deal and up front said the second order was "to go" our waitress tossed the boxes on the table and did not assist in boxing her food at all. This was by far the worst experience at maggianos I've ever had, usually everything is great, maybe last night was just a bad night

                                                                                                          The food was great but the service was poor. I made dinner reservations for 4 and this was our first time at this restaurant. It was Saturday evening and they were extremely busy so we expected a wait. We got there early and checked in - after ordering, our food came pretty fast, but all at once with appetizers , salad and entrees…. And our server forgot the bottle of wine we ordered. We reminded her twice but still no wine. When ready to leave she brought carry out containers. No bag. And then the wine. SMH. Summary: Good food but disappointing service and dining experience.

The service was excellent, great cocktails and the food was very good. We had a chance to interact with the manager and he was super nice & helpful regarding an issue we had with a catering order. Great night and great customer service.

                                                                                                          We were moved to a table in the middle of the aisle and were continually ran i to. The table was over crowded and it was difficult to sit comfortably and enjoy our meal. We were rushed and very upset. The bull was $200 and we left in 40 minutes. Our reservation was made a week in advanced and we were moved to another table in an aisle that was obviously added to the floor. We had to sit so close the table to avoid getting run into by the guests and staff.
