                                                                                                          We were seated by an exit door I asked them to move us but they indicated that the door does not open and there weren’t other seating. However, it’s was freezing and the door kept opening. There were other people that came after us that was seated in better seating. Also, my entree had to be returned due to it not being cooked properly.

                                                                                                          Food was great of course, the restaurant was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Only complaint was the service. Very nice waiter, but we he was hard to get a hold of. Took his sweet time getting back to us after all the food was finished and even longer to come back with our checks. Other than that, love Maggiano’s and will be back.

The manager was also very nice and responsive. Good people. The place looks good too. It would be nice to return to the period when they put olive oil on the table but that is a minor thing.

                                                                                                          We used to frequent Maggiano’s. Last night was the first time we have been back in a long time. We had a reservation, we were not seated until 20 minutes past it. Our server was very sweet, but it is a huge problem when servers don’t write down orders. Inevitably, orders are wrong. The salads didn’t come out until the entrees, the lettuces were soggy, my husband’s pasta order was wrong, and the flavors of the food were not anywhere near what we have come to rely on in the past as good mass-produced Italian food. It was really disappointing. We won’t be back anytime soon.

                                                                                                          We were seated in a booth in the bar area. Not some place I would have chosen but it was adequate. One of the bartenders, Joshua took our orders. He was fine. The other bartender brought us bread and water. At 1:30 pm they weren’t busy at all yet it took a little while to get our water and bread refreshed. The entrees we ordered were amazing. No complaints there and compliments to the chef. The worst experience came when I provided my credit card for our bill($67.84) and Joshua applied it to the wrong patron’s check. Luckily it was caught before leaving and corrected. Next time I will ask to be seated in the dining room with a waiter or waitress that is more vested in their service to their customers.
