                                                                                                          Our waiter had too many tables and was obviously struggling. Drinks took 35+ minutes and our whole dinner start to end took 2.5 hours which is insane. Need more staff support. Saw management walking around monitoring tables on iPads but not helping out, management should always step in when servers are struggling, bad look for the business. not a great experience plus food was below average and high dollar. Typical Colorado stuff, sadly, though.

                                                                                                           First time patron did not disappoint. Bread service with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar was out of this world. Pasta was homemade….delicious !!!!!

                                                                                                          It's been several years since we've been to a Maggiano's. This was not the experience we used to have. It was so much better. Our waiter, J.D., was also our Sommelier. He was engaging, fun, really knew his wine, and the wines he had to offer. His recommendations were perfectly paired with our dinner selections and so much so that we will buy some for our meals prepared at home. In addition to the pairing, the wines could stand alone and be enjoyed even if all you wanted was a glass to sip on. With respect to the restaurant itself, the noise level was such that you couldn't hear the table next to you and yet conversations at the table were made in a normal conversational volume. The food was portioned well and extremely tasty. A far cry from what we remembered from years ago. We will be back for more.

We had to ask for my sons ice cream knowing that it comes with the meal he never offered to get it before we left. But our first time was with Makayla she was amazing all the food recommendations were delicious. She went above and beyond loved her service
