This shocked me as I have never had a bad experience here before. Granted it was Christmas eve, however waitress did not great us for over 1/2 hour. Brought out burnt bread and ignored my comment it was burnt. Food was good as always but not even luke warm, sauce on Rigatoni was congeled. No refill on beverage. Asked for to go box but left as got tired of waiting. We made reservation in November and you would think early reservations would get top priority but we were in back room, folding chairs, too bright. Loud and noisy. Will never come back on Holidays, very disappointing.

We had a great time and the food was delicious! My daughter and her friends were impressed by how big and decorated the outside and inside of the restaurant was!

Wow, so sad Maggiano's has really changed, and not for the better. The parking lot is a nightmare! A 35 min. after reservation, seating was a bit long. The beauty, tradition & coziness is gone from this restaurant. Although our server, Serenity, was very nice she lacked care and efficiency. We had to ask for water and bread. The water was ridiculous and not refilled at all until asked, dying of thirst. Cocktails took forever. My second was forgotten at the bar for 30 min plus! No where was Serenity to be found to ask where it was. Dinner took quite a while after apps & salad were quick. None of the food runners or bus people ever bothered to clear previous plates until a near by lovely server, tall dark haired young woman, helped me as I picked up an empty platter for the runner to put down salad and then he just left with me holding this large platter! The other waitress was so attentive with our predicament and she cleared a few dishes for us, apologizing!My four cheese ravioli was way too salty. Serenity offered the bread we asked for, an hour earlier during appetizers, after we were finished with our meals, then offered it to go! The entire experience was so Disappointing. My husband & I used to have many special date nights here with delicious food, drinks and service. The last few years, with many changes to this location, we only came for the holidays for the beautiful atmosphere. Now there is no reason to come back. I realize changes happen but between the menu, service and atmosphere I give this Maggiano's two stars tops!

Beautifully decorated for the holidays! Our server Maggie was so fun and attentive to our every need! Everyone there is fantastic! Our pasta was delicious and huge serving portions which you rarely see anymore! Overall, just a spectacular evening!!!

It was my In Laws 60th wedding anniversary. We did family style and could not be more pleased with food and service. It was a bit loud but to be expected at the Christmas time of year.
