                                                                                                          We went on Valentnes Day, which is why the noise level was so high this particular day and it took longer than normal for our food to arrive. We won't hold that against them due to the place being completely packed. To be honest, I think they did awesome accommodationing everyone and had a great way of handling such a busy time.We've been to this location before and love the atmosphere and quality of food. Our server was awesome and very interactive with us. I'd recommend Maggiano's to anyone.

                                                                                                          We dined at Maggiano’s on Valentine’s Day and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives, our server was absolutely fantastic—attentive, efficient, and understanding of our time constraints. She went above and beyond to get us in and out in time for our show, and we made sure to tip her well. The bartender was also excellent, providing great service and making quality drinks. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match their level of service. We had a 5 PM reservation and arrived at 4:30 to check in, knowing it would likely be close to our actual reservation time before we were seated. However, at 5:15, we still hadn’t received our text, so we checked back in—only to find out that they had mistakenly seated another party in our spot. While they were able to seat us quickly after that, it was in a dark corner upstairs, which felt like a bit of an afterthought. We’ve dined at Maggiano’s many times over the years, but the quality of the food has noticeably declined. While it was served hot, the taste and overall experience felt closer to what you’d expect from Fazoli’s—but at a much higher price point. The most frustrating part of the evening was the lack of accountability for their mistake. No one apologized for the seating error, which would have gone a long way in making us feel valued as guests. While we were grateful for our amazing server and bartender, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

                                                                                                          We arrived before 5 for dinner. The place was very steady. Not quite packed yet. The server didn't exactly understand the meal special for the evening and had to leave multiple times to get questions answered. We were over halfway through our meal before our wine tasting arrived. After deciding on the wine only my wife's glass arrived mine never did ( and ended up being the price of a bottle instead of just a glass). The mushroom appetizer was good not amazing. The ceasar salad had aged parm and was very good. My wife got shrimp fettuccine was good, but she had ordered shrimp scampi ( though on three different menus that they presented us was not available). I had chicken saltimbocca that was just the south side of burnt. The tiramisu for dessert was very good. For the $130 that we spent not the best experience.

                                                                                                          Both of our meals were really nothing but noodles, barely any meat and very little sauce. For over $30 per plate, I expected better quality and taste at least. The bread wasn't anything to remember either. It was just a hunk of bread to dip in olive oil (nothing in the oil). It just wasn't good. There are better options in the area.

                                                                                                          As always, Maggiano's has really good food, and fine service. Our server (Alisha) was attentive and cordial. About the only negative is their prices keep climbing. But, that kind of inflation is not uncommon in many industries. Overall, this is still a good choice for a special occasion meal.
