Super time had with our niece and nephew from out of town Service was impeccable. Food simply delicious Had the tenderloin which was so tender and the sauce fabulous. Of course the stuffed mushrooms as usual delicious Thank you for another super evening

We recently visited Maggiano’s to celebrate a birthday and anniversary with a party of five, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations, especially compared to our first visit in Charlotte. Seating: Despite several empty tables being available, we were seated uncomfortably close to another party. This made the space feel cramped and took away from the celebratory atmosphere we had anticipated. Service: Our server seemed rushed, giving the impression that they wanted us to order quickly and leave, which made us feel unwelcome. Food: While the portion sizes were generous, the flavors were underwhelming, more akin to pre-made meals than fresh, flavorful dishes. Pace: The entire evening felt rushed, with the meal lasting less than an hour. This left us disappointed, as we had hoped for a leisurely and special celebration. Overall, it was not the enjoyable night we had hoped for, and based on this experience, it’s unlikely we’ll return.

Terrible customer service. The manager messed up my reservation which I made a week in advance. I showed up on time and with my girlfriend to celebrate our engagement. He didn’t even try to make it right. He told me we would have to wait 45minutes with all the walkins, which would have made us miss our movie. He was a terrible manager and showed clear signs of not caring about the situation. I will NEVER come back. Its for the best, everyone was packed into the place like Sardines in a can and were obnoxiously loud. Ill just go to Olive Garden if I want this type of energy.

I was disappointed when I arrived, and they were telling numerous guest that their OPEN TABLE reservations were not in the system. My reservation was for 530 and I was told that since the reservation was not booked through their in-house app that I would have to wait 45 minutes. After a couple of conversations with them about the reservation error They were able to get us in after a 20 minute wait. The food was just ok. The server was fairly attentive.

Mandy was our server. It was our first time eating at Maggiano’s. It was my birthday. I couldn’t of been happier to have chosen maggianos for my birthday dinner. It was top notch and they went above and beyond for my birthday. Will be returning 100% Mandy was the best server I’ve ever had.

We had a great time and highly recommend Maggiano Durham! The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. I made my reservation on OpenTable for our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, the receptionist saw my 'anniversary' remark and assigned us a quiet and lovely sofa seat. We enjoyed the same thoughtful service seven years ago when we had our first meal at Maggiano Boston (that's why we chose it here for the anniversary), so it was such a lovely echo to our memory of our early dating years. Thank you!
