                                                                                                          The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant enough. The quality of the food, however, lacked greatly. The spaghetti and meatballs that I ordered tasted like a canned red sauce at best, you could easily tell it was not freshly made. My wife had ordered the Chicken Alfredo which also lacked in flavor, she noted that the chicken tasted like it had been microwaved. Overall, the food tastes like any generic chain Italian cuisine and is not worth the inflated price.

                                                                                                          We had reservations for 5:00, we were seated close to our reservation time. Several waiters were standing directly behind my chair having a conversation in Spanish for several minutes. I turned around a few times and they just continued. We didn’t get our salads until we had been there almost 40 minutes. The onion was so strong it overpowered everything else. My son and I both found bone fragments in our lasagna. We probably won’t be back.

                                                                                                          We hosted our holiday office Christmas lunch at Maggianos this year and the service was wonderful as well as the staff.

                                                                                                          First return trip in 6+ years. Clean, well staffed, good service, good food. Only two caveats: We had a 4:30 PM sitting to avoid the crowd and associated noise...we wanted to be able to visit with family. Jazzy "Christmas music" was being played too loud, which spoiled that. The cost was not only much higher but they also dropped their practice of sending you home with a second frozen entree for you to heat up later. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and will no doubt return again to see if things change.
