Disappointed with Recent Visit We’ve always enjoyed dining at Maggiano’s because of their commitment to making everything from scratch, which has been great for accommodating our table's multiple food allergies. Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. Manager Wes was dismissive and unhelpful when it came to addressing our allergy needs. We asked multiple times to speak with the general manager, Eric—who has been wonderfully accommodating in the past—but Wes brushed us off and claimed he couldn’t find him. His attitude came across as condescending and unprofessional. As industry professionals with over 20 years of experience, my husband and I understand the challenges of hospitality and are always inclined to leave positive feedback. However, this visit fell far below expectations. Not only was the service poor—we had to ask multiple times for refills and basic attention—but the food itself was also disappointing. We’ve previously had wonderful experiences with Manager Sam and General Manager Eric, who always ensured a safe and enjoyable dining experience. This time, we left feeling undervalued and dissatisfied. We sincerely hope this location can address these issues and return to the high standards we’ve come to expect.

Maggiano’s was packed last night for their spectacular NYE Celebration. A huge shout out to the hostesses, bartenders, servers, managers and everyone that worked last night … from start to finish you were all AMAZING! Everything was WONDERFUL! Happy New Year!

Wow our New Year’s Eve experience was perfect. It was a bit crowded but we had reservations and everything went smoothly. They had a nice band from about 9-11 that was very easy to dance to. The service and food were perfect. Am planning to be there next New Year’s Eve!

1. For a restaurant that promotes their gluten free items not one appetizer was gluten free. Additionally there was no GF menu and instructions were to ask your waiter. She recommended a GF item but returned to advise she was wrong leaving little confidence in subsequent suggestions. 2..Menu was confusing. As a business owner a simple uncomplicated menu is extremely important. 3. Understaffed for NY EVE with multiple tables of 20 or more with one waiter. 4. We waited 1 hr and never saw any waiter after being served one wine. Never offered an opportunity to order our meal so with no waiter in sight we left. We did not blame the waiter but poor table management and understaffing. 5) The food may have been great but we never had an opportunity to experience it. 6. Thus a disappointing NY EVE ending at 9:30pm when we left with no meal. Our reservation was at 7:30pm and we were early.

They were very busy. We had a 6:30 reservation but we didn't get sat until 6:50. The manager was very nice and apologetic. He took out drinks order until our server arrived. We were sat in the very back corner of the restaurant and it was very cold. Our server was very slow and I guess I can understand because it was Christmas eve but they should've been more prepared. Once our food arrived, one order didn't come in. We waited a few minutes until we waived down the manager who was walking around and told him we didn't get an order for one of our members. He came back a few minutes later and told us they never made it. He brought the food in several minutes later. We were all done with our dinner. They comped the dish. The person with us also ordered hot tea because he was cold. When the server brought it, her hands were so full that she couldn't keep the lid of the tea box open and fell on his hand. He's old and bruises easy... The fastest service we got that night was when we got the bill and back. I ordered an alfredo dish and my boyfriend a lasagna. The lasagna was good but the alfredo was just okay. It was runny. The chicken was flavorless. The portions were big on the entire but not so much for the appetizer, the ricotta. We all ordered tiramisu and that was the best thing I ate there. I understand that it was Christmas eve and they had a lot of people in but I felt that the service and food could've been much better. I will probably go back again on a non busy day.

Dinner on Christmas Eve, went well, was predictably crowded and loud, very loud, but it’s wasn’t a regular Tuesday night, so I can completely understand why it was crowded, and the noise was quite high, it was very hard to hold a discussion without yelling, part is just a poor configuration of the room but most was because it was a very popular night. Service was good, not great but solidly good, again Xmas Eve, I’m sure no one working wants to be there, so I’m appreciative that they were open and provided good service. Food was generally good, only complaints would be that the food was prepared with a lot of salt, any more and it would have ruined all our meals, other complaint is about the bread and oil, bread is more of a light French bread, than anything I would call Italian, and the oil, rather the seasoning in the oil was so heavy that it was almost crunchy, this was a big miss for such an Italian American chain restaurant. Overall for Texas it’s not bad Italian, and they are obviously popular, but skip the bread as it’s not worth it and save some room for the large portions or dessert. I’ll absolutely return, just maybe on a less busy night.

Overall it was excellent. Busy night on Christmas Eve but they kept up with good service, excellent hot food, and more to eat than humanly possible. One of our favorites.
