   Excellent experience - our waitress (Sarah) was excellent. We thought that the music level was just a bit too loud.

   It was very crowded but we were seated pretty quickly. The food was great and our server was attentive.

   The changes to the menu are disappointing. It’s apparent that cost saving is being prioritized. Servings are smaller, prices are higher, ingredients have been reduced, overall not a good value compared to other options. Too bad, it used to be a favorite spot. New management is missing the mark.

   Very disappointed in new menu. Started with Crispy mozzarella which was fine. Maggiano salad was terrible with big chunks of onion, bacon instead of prosciutto with zero flavor whatsoever. Portion sizes are way smaller. Entrees chicken parm and vodka rigatoni we average and came to the table lukewarm. No more take home a pasta for $6. No more double your portion with takeout. Maggiano’s went the cheap route with only average food with smaller portions.

   Notified the restaurant that we were celebrating a birthday. Not one word from the restaurant. Restaurant was slow. Drinks came very quickly, but took over 20 minutes before anyone took our order. Food came out fast. Chicken was hot, but pasta served with it was cold. Shrimp was over cooked, but pasta was good. Overall, quite a disappointing meal from a usually very good restaurant.

   Excellent as always. Hostess very attentive, seated promptly, waitress/service excellent. Comped 1 meal which arrived minutes after rest of table. Food quality & portions excellent. Will return.

   Slow service, then too over the top nice to make up for it. Food and drinks are a lot pricier than last year. No wonder parking lot was only half full when we left at 7:30.

   We had an excellent experience this evening. The food choices were fantastic. Our server Elena was wonderful and attentive. She made our date nite special.

    Great girls night out. Our server picked up on one drink not being a success and got it corrected. I had the mushroom ravioli, have to say I prefer the old version. The apple crostada is still a hit.
