Our dining room is ideal for family-style dining with our Italian–American cuisine, reminiscent of a Sunday night visit to your grandmother’s house -- or as they say in Italy, nonna’s casa!                                                                                                           Our entire dining experience at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Naperville, on Saturday evening (1/11/25), was outstanding from start to finish. We had a reservation for 6:30pm, and we were seated within several minutes of checking in. The manager that greeted me at the host stand was friendly, professional, and welcoming. We had a preference for a booth noted in the Open Table app, and the gentleman acknowledged and honored our request for booth seating. Great ambiance, classy decor and design inside. Our server, Luis, was exceptional. He was friendly, funny, and helpful at answering a few questions about the menu, and was on point with his timing and service throughout our meal. Everything was very well-paced, not rushed, for a relaxing meal. Luis was perfectly observant and prompt with drink refills and clearing dishes out of the way during the meal. We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, which were delicious. Luis also brought us a basket of fresh, crusty bread with olive oil and Parmesan cheese to start. Each of our entrees were excellent. I ordered the chicken francese, served with crispy vesuvio potatoes and asparagus. It was very flavorful. I believe it was in a lemon butter sauce, which was delicious. My wife had the rigatoni alla vodka with crumbled Italian sausage. She enjoyed it very much. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente, and the sauce was very flavorful. My daughter ordered the rigatoni D with chicken and sautéed button mushrooms. She raved about how good it tasted. The sauce is very creamy and delicious. We wanted to save room for dessert, so we saved about half of our generously portioned meals to be boxed up. We took home enough leftovers to enjoy for dinner at home the next day. For dessert, we shared a huge slice of chocolate layered cake and the creme brulee. The chocolate cake was awesome. Rich, moist, and sweet but not too rich. The creamy, creme brulee had a nicely carmelized crust. Very enjoyable experience!

                                                                                                          Always great food and a good place for family to gather. Portions are generous and loved that we could sample some wines. Prices have gone up, a lot, and I know that is everywhere, but it didn’t feel like the same value as it used to be.

                                                                                                          A wonderful birthday celebration with my family. The food and service were great - would have just liked to hear ourselves talk (and think). But it just proved how much others were also enjoying themselves. A lovely experience overall.

                                                                                                          Lexi was our server. She was pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable about items on the menu. We were celebrating my father’s birthday and everyone was so nice even the other customers around us . We had a wonderful time!

Ordered cuppaccino with Splenda, Did not get a spoon . Use knife to stir, Restroom - no toilet paper .pne paper towel Out of paper. Saturday evening at 7 pm. Will not be visiting Naperville location for a while.

                                                                                                          Good food but service fair, likely because it was New Year's Eve around 7:30 and restaurant was crowded. Noise level high as loud music was playing. Chicken Francese was not like Francese should be done, but as stated before it was good.

I was craving a good martini and tender veal. Maggiano’s delivered both in their unassuming elegant way. Reminded me why I’ve always loved this place.
