The experience was mixed. Initially, the hostess claimed that she had no reservation under my name which caused a lot of anxiety. She wanted to see a confirmation, which I showed her after scrambling to find it on my phone. Next, she realized that the other two guests had already been seated. Why wouldn’t she still see that there was a reservation for four people under my name for 6:30? Not a pleasant start to the evening. Our waitress was sweet, but she didn’t know what soups were available. She said she’d come back with the soup options, when she told us there was clam chowder, we ordered two cups. The soups never came. She offered to bring them after our entrees we’re served, but we declined. The young lady who brought the glass of red and white wine got them confused. I explained which one was Chardonnay and which was a Pinot Noir. Although the fillet mignon was excellent, the mashed potato’s were cold. The lasagne and other pasta dishes, Lemon cello and cappuccino were all good. We had a corner booth which was more quiet and conducive to conversation.

We've been to Maggiano's a few dozen times and we have never had any real complaints. This last visit was nothing short of exceptional. We were WOW'd on every level. Food was the best we have ever had there and the service as well. Thank you Maggiano's and Staff!

Our server was fantastic, she brought her A game and wasn’t just about getting our food. She had conversations with us but knew when to rap it up and take care of the other tables. Very pleased. Food was good. Had three apps. Calamari (ok not great. ) mozzarella was good. Bruschetta was ok, not great, felt they put too much on the bread. Bread basket and oil/parmesan was very good. Ordered two spaghetti dishes, both good. One chicken dish, good and a salmon dish which my son loved. I would return based off the service. Oh and wine was delicious.

Jim is a fabulous server. Great sense of humor and provided exceptional service. We love the baked ziti and fettucine bolognese with creme brulee for dessert! 💕

Food was excellent. We had a party of 9 and our table was ready as soon as we got there. We had an excellent server who took great care of us. There was something for everyone on the menu.
