Welcome to Maggiano's Naperville. Our dining room is ideal for family-style dining with our Italian–American cuisine, reminiscent of a Sunday night visit to your grandmother’s house -- or as they say in Italy, nonna’s casa! These delicious dishes paired with great service, generous portions and a warm atmosphere keep our guests and their families coming back for more.

                                                                                                          The Maggiano’s experience has really gone down. This used to be THE spot for delicious Italian food, good service and a great ambience. Showed up with a party of 16, had two servers that did a fairly decent job. We went with the family style dining option since we were a fairly large group. We’ve done this several times in the past and this time around there was a lot left to be desired. The portions were abysmal. It used to be huge bowls of pasta with these large platters of meat, chicken, fish, etc. As soon as one plate was empty it was followed up by another one right away. Anything left at the end of the meal was yours to take home. A great value. Now, it’s tiny platters with tiny portions and they never even offered to bring more to the table. The desserts were small plates of cookies that looked like they came from a grocery store bakery. A few slices of cheesecake and tiramisu for the entire table to share. It was a horrible experience and a far cry from what Maggiano’s used to be. Don’t think we’ll be dining there again, which is a shame cause we were definitely repeat customers.

                                                                                                          Service was absolutely awful. Waited 30 minutes for a wait staff to come and greet us at our table, waited another 15 min to see our server to ask for bread. And another 20 minutes for our drink order. Food was cold. So disappointed-we have been loyal customers every Christmas season for the past 15 years. Last Christmas Eve was awful and now this year!! Won’t be going back.

                                                                                                          As usual, we experienced amazing food and service at Maggiano’s. The parking lot is always packed on weekends, but there is always a spot to be found if you drive around a bit.

                                                                                                          My husband was disappointed with the Rigatoni Bolognese. He thought it didn’t seem meaty enough. There was a lack of shredded cheese, the shredders weren’t working very well. Caesar salad dressing was harsh or bitter. The apple crostini was very good. The chopped salad was very good. The chicken/spinach manicotti was good.
