                                                                                                          Had to pay to park, suv to tall for garage clearance, not enough Handicap spaces, and no valet service anymore, add on take homes no longer available and you absolutely suck at preparing veal. The seating space is over crowded. I’ll keep my money. I can make better food at home. Just saying… Never will return and don’t apologize or say you’re sorry. You changed and I hate the changes you made. Ambiance? Certainly not present.

                                                                                                          We had a large group and we needed to add two or three people, several times. Every time I ask they accommodated. the service for our large group was very attentive. Our waitress was great. I think her name was Sabrina. My husband and I eat at Maggiano’s Fairly often and it is always good. If you’re from out of town, I would recommend you try it.

                                                                                                          So enjoyed our Maggiano’s experience the other night. The service was very good as was the food. A couple suggestions… Still missing the roasted chicken option you used to have on your menu. The signage for parking needs some improvement. The entrance to the garage says restricted parking with the Maggiano sign far enough inside that you can’t see it when you approached the entrance. We drove around until one of your employees that was near her car let us know about how to specifically find a place to park in the garage. All that being said, the experience was wonderful as usual

                                                                                                          We've been going to Maggiano's for 13 years every year for our Anniversary and haved it each time. But the past 2 times they have changed a few things. They used to have a great Christmas decor in the past but this year it was toned down a whole lot and lost much of the experience for us. They also changed the sauce for my Chicken Francese and it was in a bowl of lemon water basically. the same went for my wife with her Rigatoni D, very watered down sauce. We love going there, but I'm not sure why they're doing these changes and hopefully they get back to some of the things that made it great.

                                                                                                          We had our office Christmas party here this year and it was fantastic! Noel was our server and he is very attentive and fun. The food is just so good and there’s always more than enough.

                                                                                                          Beware- although it is the best veal parm I’ve had in 30 years, you should know up front that the new Riserva Veal Parmigiana is the size of a large pizza. Ridiculous portion, but worth it.
