                                                                                                          I requested two specific booths for my birthday dinner at Maggiano’s North Park. We go to North Park instead of Willow Park because we prefer the ambiance at North Park over Willow Bend. I made the reservation and requested the specific booths well before my birthday. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation time. We changed the reservation guest size from 2 to 3; the booths I requested could accommodate the change to the party size. I was told the booths I requested were not available - so much for a special request.. Booth provided was directly adjacent to a waiter station resulting in zero ambiance, just silverware and plate noise.. it was a really disappointing experience.. The only thing that made it tolerable was the fantastic service we received from our waitress Hope. BTW your tip calculator is incorrect. I tip on the food and service I receive not the tax that goes to the city and state coffers. Very doubtful we will drive 25 miles for this experience again.

                                                                                                          Maggiano’s is one of my favorites! The food was delicious and our waiter Nick was fabulous! Can’t wait to go back soon!

                                                                                                          We had a reservation in the main dining room. But we still weren’t seated 20 minutes after. Then they called our name and said if we wanted to be seated right away we would need to go upstairs for the valentine prefixed menu. We said fine and went upstairs. It looked like a banquet hall, not romantic at all . But you got a lot of food for the price and everything was really good, my plate was lukewarm, not hot, and the waguy ragu was nonexistent, but the sauce was good. My husbands salmon dish was delicious. The server was nice and attentive. We will definitely go back when it’s not a holiday to sit in the main dining room.

                                                                                                          Had a reservation & waited 30 minutes to be seated. They seated us in a back room by the kitchen, absolutely no ambiance! We moved to bar & waitress was good. It took 30 minutes to get our salad & only after waitress went to kitchen to get it. Then another 30 minutes to get our meal, which took to go. Again, waitress had to go to the kitchen to get.
