Our server Pedro was wonderful and attentive. The mussels (which are the best) are currently off of the menu, but he asked the chef to make and he did!! They were fabulous and then the chef came out to make sure that we liked them. Excellent customer service and delicious food

The food was delicious and our server Tom was so great. He was very friendly and took great care of us. It’s always a great experience when you have staff that cares.

It was so cold and my 3 year old was freezing and the manager made a point to make him comfortable by making them hot chocolate and not making us feel bad for an upset child. So thankful

I was with two teens and they loved the food and thought the waitress was outstanding. Not easy to appease two kids their age. Thumbs 👍🏻

Somewhat disappointed with the entrées. The chicken dishes we ordered appear to be frozen chicken breast that looked round like a hockey puck and were not very tender at all.

Our waiter was fantastic. There were 9 of us celebrating November and December birthdays. We decided to have the family style meal which meant 9 of us were trying to decide on appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Our waiter was very patient. Everyone enjoyed the food and ambiance. We always enjoy celebrating family occasions at the Oak Brook location.

Very disappointed in Maggiano’s the last few visits!!! We have been going to Maggiano’s for over 20 years and we can honestly say we will probably be looking for another favorite restaurant elsewhere! The bread used to be sooo good and now it is awful! DIscontinuing the “Marcos Meal” is very disappointing as we frequently ordered that. This last visit they forgot to bring us our salads after we drove an hour for dinner there with our friends! You guys really need to go back to the way Maggiano’s used to be! Sorry to say it….but what a disappointment this restaurant has become!
