I know prices have gone up a lot, but I can't help but feel that $15 for a 6-oz. glass of wine is a bit steep, and I wish the pasta entree would have come with a small salad to make things right.

                                                                                      Everyone at Maggiano's - Old Orchard were super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, arrived just at the right temperature, and authentic. Our waiter, Tom, was the best. Great experience all around!

                                                                                      As always, Maggiano did not disappoint for our birthday celebration! From the minute we walked into the restaurant, we felt special. Our waiter was top-notch. The generous portions make a great doggie bag for the next day's dinner. The simple birthday celebratory dessert from them was ideal.

                                                                                      The only negative part of my experience was at the reception area. My friends were there a few minutes earlier and were seated. They asked that I be told to join them. When I arrived, I was told there was no reservation. Luckily, one of the other seaters knew where my friends were. It was a bad introduction to the restaurant. However, the rest of our experience was excellent.

                                                                                      We had a lovely evening. Great selection on the menu, wonderful, friendly service, and all four entrees were delicious. Our server was attentive, efficient, and very personable. We will definitely return.

                                                                                      Our food was amazing, as bit overpriced. MAGGIANO salad was.deluciius,Brazinno fish meal was excellent, pasta with bolaniase was very good but HUGE. Wine was overpriced by a lot, but choices were fine. We had reservations for 6:45. We were not seated until 7:15. Did not get our drinks until 7:35, that after asking the waiter what was taking so long. Once we got our drinks things moved along nicely. Attentive service, not being rushed (once we made it clear that we wanted to relax before ordering), great food left us feeling positive, overall. Recommendation: at least on Saturday night, get an additional bar tender, hire more bus boys (tables took sometimes 10 minutes to clear so waiting customers waited longer than necessary). Not sure if we will go back to that particular Maggianos. Possibly would try a different one. Again, food was good.
