                                                                                                          I was at Maggiano'slast evening with my nephew. Christine was our server. She was excellent. She was very attentive without being intrusive. My nephew and I were having an important work-related conversation and Christine gave us the time we needed while occasionally bringing more drinks and/or appetizers. Christine made our dining experience very worthwhile and enjoyable.. The next time I'm at your restaurant I would hope Christine could be our server

                                                                                                          They have taken “meat sauce” off the menu which was surprising and disappointing. The meatballs seem to have also taken a hit - more like frozen store bought. Felt like they are cheaping down ingredients. We ordered a salad to come before the meal with no tomatoes. It came after the main dish- covered in tomatoes. The waitress did not notice or even ask if it was ok.

                                                                                                          Miss the pasta to go for for $5 or $6. Squeezed us 4 people in a booth that really only fits 3 comfortably because there’s a column in that booth even though there were plenty of empty tables and booths in the restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday. Been here many times and this was the worst table. Service was great!

                                                                                                          Great food and service, but the seating arrangements are very tight for such a big place. They seemed to be squeezing as many tables as possible and it made for very tight quarters.

                                                                                                          Had an enjoyable birthday lunch with friends. When making the reservation I mentioned we were celebrating and there was confetti on the table which was a nice surprise, plus we were served a complimentary dessert with candles to share of their delicious tiramisu and lemon cookies. The service we had by Adan was wonderful and attentive.

                                                                                                          Arrived early for our reservation and the hostess offered to seat us early! Aiden was our wait staff and he was outstanding! One person in our party had to eat gluten free and Aiden was very knowledgeable of what could be made gluten free. He also helped another person select a wine and Aiden was right on target with his recommendation. Food was served hot and was very tasty. An enjoyable experience.
