                                                                                                          Celebrated 2 birthdays with 7 family members . Tate was our server and did a great job . Food was excellent and everyone was very pleased . The bread bowl was warm and tasty . Have been there multiple times for family celebrations.

                                                                                                          Haven’t been here in 3yrs but it was as good as we remembered. Food, service, decor, were all excellent. We watched employees go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Noise level is energetic and we were seated in a relatively quiet area. Bread and evoo are complementary and salad is extra. But we both brought home leftover entrees. Definitely will return.

                                                                                                          I had the salmon dinner, which was excellent. I asked for angel hair as the side and I got spaghetti. I was then told the restaurant has discontinued angel hair. I then asked for a seven dollar take home baked ziti, but I was told they’re not doing that anymore either. Disappointing.

                                                                                                          Very disappointing experience. We were seated late for our reservation in the front by check-in, where there was so much activity going on, we couldn’t really relax. We did not receive our food for almost an hour. Once we were seated the waitress was too busy to really take care of our table. We even had to ask for the gravy and cranberries. The food was overpriced and just OK, nothing special. We usually love to eat here on normal nights. No special or holiday occasions for us in the future.

                                                                                                          Thanksgiving dinner. The food came out cold, and was inconsistent. At first it seemed like there was 5 people serving us. Then after the first plates came out, we didn’t see anyone for about 20 minutes. 5 people and only one serving. Then when we finally got the second round of food, it came out one dish at a time. We have had Christmas and thanksgiving dinner at Maggiano’s four times. This was by far the worst experience, all the other times were superb. They missed the mark on this one.

                                                                                                          I guess their excuse won’t be “it is a holiday”. But it was family style, so the kitchen had a handful of items to prepare, just a large quantity of same. Food was mostly cold, the best items were barely average in taste. Service was almost non existent. Horrible experience at a place we have had many good meals in the past.
