                                                                                                          Maggiano’s Springfield is always a go-to for great service, quality food, and a soundtrack that makes the meal that much better! The restaurant was festive, the staff were professional and attentive! Everyone is to be commended for managing a busy New Year’s Eve in a seamless and professional manner. I enjoyed the spinach and chicken manicotti, my wife chose the filet mignon! Both dishes were delicious, prepared well, and arrived to our table at the correct temperature. We will definitely return!

                                                                                                          This was by far the worst experience at this location that we’ve frequented for over 10 years. The hostesses were extremely rude and were gossiping about us as well as other customers. One hostess rolled her eyes and was nasty when we asked her a question. The service from the waitress was equally horrible- rude and neglected the table. Food was bland, cold and looked unattractive. Restaurant smelled of weed. This is a reflection of very poor management. Doubtful we will return.

                                                                                                          Granted it was Christmas Eve, so very busy at 6:30 PM but wow…how many more tables can they put in this Springfield location. Wait staff were falling over each other and us customers too. Our waiter Jordan was awesome but he had a lot of tables to cover. It was noisy and service was a bit slow. Our biggest issue was the menu changes and salty food (seems to be a thing these days). We had a tradition to buy one get one on XMAS eve. That was done away with and with the new focus on profit over food quality and experience we won’t be back.
