                                                                                                          We have loved Maggiano's for a long time. The last few visits have been subpar by their standards. We didn't see a management presence on the floor other than dealing with a long wait and being overwhelmed at the host stand. Our drinks were often empty, and we had to wait for refills, and the server never followed up with me about the wine I had said I'd order with my dinner. The app, it seemed, was delayed being put in and just barely beat out the food, and the server struggled to keep up with the demand the number of tables he had. Maggiano's has always been a gold standard in service, but the past 3 or 4 visits have not reached that. I personally know that culture has shifted, and the world no longer seems to care about product and service standards much anymore. Managing in this environment is a nughtmare... It's what I do for my living... my intention is not to be compensated nor to be overtly negative, but to recognize a pattern in our recent visits and disappointment that one of our favorite places seems to be suffering sadly.

                                                                                                          Our webse Michelle was excellent, very attentive. The restaurant was packed and yet we were seated in a timely manner the food was great.

                                                                                                          Much too crowded with no place to stand. We had reservations and waited a half hour over our reservation time. The service was extremely slow we were there for over two hours and took our dessert to go! Most food was cold. We were a party of four. It was very loud and the tables were too close together.

                                                                                                          My bf and I always enjoy eating here. It was our first time coming here for the holidays, however and the decorations were beautiful!! Highly recommend for any occasion tho!

Would have preferred the previous family style menu where you get to select from several categories. The current menu is set except for the entrees and there were a few dishes that our family didn’t each much of.
