We did have a little wait time, but they did something that was exceptional. They allow another couple to join us at our time instead of them having to wait for their time that was unexpected and very appreciated.

                                                                                                          Waiting area was PACKED at 7pm for NYE, but we only had to wait 15 minutes for a table with an Open Table reservation. Waiter was quick, friendly and attentive, even though he had a lot of large tables. Food was excellent as always, with very little time waiting for the next course. Took home Chocolate cake for a later dessert and it was heavenly. We LOVE Maggiano's and go there for all our special occasions, and they never disappoint.

                                                                                                          The anti pasta board and salad were great. Flavorful, colorful, yummy. The pasta was a bit disappointing came too early while we were still enjoying the appetizers. Noodles were slightly overdone and just not as flavorful as I anticipated. Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley was lovely and the Pomegranate martini was fruitty and fun. Appreciated the quiet table in a corner for a romantic evening out. We'll be back but I won't order the riggaetoni D again.

Lacking of sensitivity to the customers concerns on the managers part in addressing my concerns as the customer. Manager conducted himself in a very transactional manner only.

                                                                                                          My family and I were very disappointed that they have now changed the family styles which doesn’t include any refills and has a very minimal choice of appetizers in entrées, which give you very few choices. We have gone there for years and enjoyed the family style meal with multiple appetizers and entrées and salads and desserts, but this is no longer the case. It’s very limited in what you can choose. The price is higher the choices are less. Probably sad to say, even though we’ve gone there for years, we probably will not return unless they change their policy.

                                                                                                          Maggiano's is a favorite of our entire family. The service is amazing. The food leaves all others in the dust. My favorite is probably the mozzarella cheese sticks on the appetizer menu.
