                                                                                                          Celebrated a special occasion and left disappointed. Poor service, poor quality of food and very dirty bathrooms. The updated menu missed family favorites. Will not be returning.

                                                                                                          Great experience. My mother enjoyed a great birthday dinner. Service was fast and accurate and the food was hot a delicious.

Would have preferred the previous family style menu where you get to select from several categories. The current menu is set except for the entrees and there were a few dishes that our family didn’t each much of.

                                                                                                          Made an on-line reservation and very clearly asked for a table instead of a booth. When we arrived I told the hostess to please ensure we did not have a booth. She said it would take some time since they were busy in spite of my reservation and I would have to wait longer if we wanted a booth. We accepted the booth. When I told our waiter about the problem he said to some back on another date and they could see if they could honor our request for a table. Strange response to say the least.

                                                                                                          Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Wonderful service. Salads were great, but all three chicken parmesan sandwiches were over cooked and lacked sauce. Will not order that again.

                                                                                                          Overall it was a wonderful evening. Good service and food. Just wished we would have had a table NOT right by the bathrooms. That’s a busy corner and on a busy night at the restaurant it was a little distracting.

                                                                                                          We waited almost 30 minutes beyond reservation time- told upon arrival about 5-8 minutes behind. Our hostess walked so fast up the stairs never asked if we could all do the stairs. We were in a back right corner. Our table was extremely wobbly- our waitress gave us paper to get on the floor to try to fix! Food was good- some things have changed which I wish hadn’t. My entree was cold- everyone else’s was hot. Our waitress was really good!
