Welcome to Maggiano's Little Italy in Tyson's Galleria. Our restaurant is a quick trip from the Washington Monument and Wolf Trap. Good Italian food. The family style deal is overpriced but they give you a lot of food, so we have dinner for tomorrow night. Service was very good too.

Excellent service, and food was pretty good as it always is here. In fact, their fresh bread on the table is even more hot and delicious than I remember. Pasta is always good here, and the seasonal butternut squash ravioli was absolutely delicious. The veal Marsala special was quite good, too. Though we were too full for dessert, maggiano’s tiramisu is always excellent and this time the slice of chocolate cake looked absolutely like a guilty pleasure but we were trying to watch our intake of sweets.

We are never disappointed when dining at Maggiano’s! We decided to enjoy our special meal at lunch instead of dinner. The restaurant was busy but not packed which made our dining experience more pleasant. Our food and service was excellent as usual!!

Unfortunately, I feel Maggiano’s went from very good restaurant to fair. While there drinking wine and indulging in the appetizers, a mouse runs out across the dining area. The mouse ran up under the table of older two ladies and management did move them to another table. However, management cleaned the table off and set a new customer at the same table where a mouse went under. Why? Management should’ve left that table unoccupied as there were plenty of other tables available. Management did offer a coupon for a free appetizer for the next visit however, I will not be going back for another visit. I’ve been to many upscale restaurants and I do know that if a mouse comes out during a busy dinner service there’s a real problem existing within the kitchen area . The mushroom ravioli cream sauce has been changed with a mushroom sauce. Unfortunately, the mushroom sauce does not bring out the flavor of the ravioli. That dish was not as good as before. The wine in tiramisu dessert is always delicious. That was the saving grace of this dinner visit. Service was amazing , our server was very attentive .

The only good thing about our dinner was the service. Our server, Rue, was friendly and extremely polite and did his best to make our dinner enjoyable. Unfortunately the food was bland and off the mark. None of the dishes we ordered were memorable and the overall flavors lacked flavors. Thanks to Rue for doing his best.

G was our server and did a great job. G was courteous of our time, very friendly, and quick with requested things. Of the many times we’ve dined here, G was our best server and made our visit from Fairfax, more validating. We will be sure to return again when our family is ready.
