Service overall was good. Certain staff members were not rude, but were not particularly friendly (no smiles). My biggest gripe was that we were informed at the restaurant that we would be required to do family style due to the size of our group (any group 7+ must order the family style).

It was ok we go to Maggiano's at least once a year for our Bdays. We started in 1997 in Schaumburg Ill. It was at a different level then it is now ( yes I know they we bought out by a conglomerate corp) The food quality goes down little more every year. We were literally in and out in under 35 mins. Main entree showed up 4 mins after the salad. We have alot of Italian resturants this might of been our last trip.

Good Italian food. The family style deal is overpriced but they give you a lot of food, so we have dinner for tomorrow night. Service was very good too.

Excellent service, and food was pretty good as it always is here. In fact, their fresh bread on the table is even more hot and delicious than I remember. Pasta is always good here, and the seasonal butternut squash ravioli was absolutely delicious. The veal Marsala special was quite good, too. Though we were too full for dessert, maggiano’s tiramisu is always excellent and this time the slice of chocolate cake looked absolutely like a guilty pleasure but we were trying to watch our intake of sweets.

We are never disappointed when dining at Maggiano’s! We decided to enjoy our special meal at lunch instead of dinner. The restaurant was busy but not packed which made our dining experience more pleasant. Our food and service was excellent as usual!!
