I had the most amazing birthday celebration at Maggiano’s! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server, Jessica, was absolutely fantastic attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. A special shoutout to Chef Michael (or Nacho) for preparing the most delicious bruschetta! You could truly taste the care and expertise in every bite. It was a standout dish that made the night even more special. Everything about the experience was top-notch—from the incredible food to the outstanding service. Thank you to the entire Maggiano’s team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

The cook was on point today! Our entrees were superb. Flavorful cooked just how we requested. Made the perfect Arnold Palmer! Quincy our waiter was THE BEST!!!! Nice manners, so respectful and knowledgeable of the menu. He kept a smile on our face with being prompt and attentive to us. A great evening

Food good as always, prices high for lunch. Wish there was a more affordable lunch menu with perhaps smaller portions and lower prices. We ended up bringing a lot of food home, which was not our intention. Overall, the noise level was loud and we couldn’t even hear the Sinatra music.

The food was delicious, the service was great. Our server Lucy was very friendly and attentive. We normally visit the NorthPark location, but I would definitely return to Plano.

Celebrating birthday with party of 9. Service was great. Everyone enjoyed their entrees except the gluten free guest. They missed the mark on GF. Our server went above and beyond to make it right. Because the service was exceptional we will return.
