                                                                                                          Gigi gave us phenomenal service! Made a special dessert to celebrate my 94 year old father in law and his love for Magiannos. She was wonderful!

                                                                                                          We had a great waitress, Gigi who anticipated our every need especially celebrating our birthdays when we dined there today. She showed great customer service with a friendly attitude. As far as the food, calamari and fried zucchini are always good appetizers to start off with at the restaurant.

                                                                                                          Used to be a solid spot to grab a meal. Today was our last time. Pasta is way overpriced (I mean, spaghetti and sauce for $20 is a bit much). Ordered a bottle of chardonnay. Bucket with ice wasn't brought until we asked for it 15 minutes later (when we next saw our server). Food dropped off, no offer of salt, pepper, parm, or red pepper. Ziti had cheese on 1/2 of the pasta, nothing on rest. Very little sausage. Lasagna was lukewarm. Food was meh, service was lacking, and value ($130.00 w/tip-2 peeps) was below poor. For that price, service and food should be excellent. It isn't even close. Small local Italian places are so much better. The lesson was reinforced today.

                                                                                                          It was our first time at the Plano location and it wasn’t what we expected. Every year we host a Christmas dinner with coworkers at the North Park location. This year I was disappointed the Plano location was out of pomegranate, the food was fair it looked like the last of what was available. Our sever Eziqulle was amazing great suggestions

Not seated until 6:20 which made dinner have to be very quick as we had a 7:30 commitment. Server was great and got us taken care of quickly but delayed seating made it less relaxing and limited our dining options.
