   Beautiful food as always, very busy outside as expected being popular and Good Friday, had to wait for our food to arrive but not bothered as booked for early afternoon, lovely food cooked to perfection as usual, kind, friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, short staffed and busy but everyone was served in a good amount of time, love the mall.

   We dined at The Mall whilst on holiday in Woodhall Spa. The food was lovely, the staff friendly and it made our holiday more enjoyable. The food is good value and of a good quality.

   We booked a table for 5 for Mother's Day at The Mall. Although it was busy (as to be expected) the service from all of the staff throughout our meal, and the actual food itself was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.

   Lovely staff and tasty, basic good value pub food in pleasant surroundings. Several items from menu weren’t available on the day (we were made aware of this on arrival) and the coffee machine wasn’t working but we would happily return.

   Lovely food we had pie chips peas. Pie had plenty of steak filling and was good value. Service was very good. Lovely young lady with green hair served us and made it a very fun experience. Slow service at the bar but still very friendly. Would definitely return. Prices, food and service were excellent.

   Lack of staff. When walked in no staff around. Was told to order at bar. 6 dining 4 wanted steak no steak, We was disappointed. Food came simple but ok x we was very cold as a window was open a jar. Asked them to close it. They said they cannot. They have tried. Asked for the bill and they just came with card reader. They prefer card but some in group wanted to pay cash. He said that’s fine but we don’t have change. A very disappointed group. As expected more but this wasn’t the case.

   We had the festive menu on Boxing Day. It was outstanding. Not only the food, but the staff too. Glenn and his team were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after extremely well. Couldn’t fault the food or the service at all.

   Lovely looking pub However We were disappointed in our food as it all seemed reheated. The special on the menu wasn’t available, which seemed strange as it was only chicken! Nothing too fancy. Also when we came to order desserts we were then informed the kitchen was closed.. no desserts ! We were not told it was closing and it was only 8.30pm. We had made our booking a couple of weeks in advance so they knew they had diners! A real shame as we were looking forward to eating here!

    We came on Wednesday 2nd October in the evening after a recommendation from someone in the village and had such a lovely experience. We both had the rump steak and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. The member of staff on shift was excellent so friendly and attentive. We had our newborn so eating out can be a bit stressful but were made to feel welcome and looked after. Great value for money we’ll be back soon.
