Our server was not attentive, our food was not hot, it was nearly warm. And our ribeye was cooked as we asked. The place itself is great and energetic, wish the food and service would have been different.

We didn’t stay long enough to eat. However, the review wouldn’t let me move forward without rating. Super loud. Slow service considering they weren’t packed. I will say, my cocktail was amazing. The server was very sweet. It was honestly obnoxiously loud.

I will give some grace knowing that trying a restaurant on a holiday is always a gamble. While there was a loud and fun vibe, they seemed horribly understaffed and disorganized. We waited at least 10 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged or get some waters. The waitress then announced that we should order food asap because it was “taking a while” in the kitchen. I asked for a simple substitution of rice instead of beans with one dish and was told no. Things went downhill from there. One appetizer (queso) came out pretty quickly but we had no plates or way of eating it, and no drinks to go with it. Eventually 1/2 our drinks arrived but we had to hunt down the remaining cocktails and the 2nd appetizer. Our waitress seemed extremely stressed and there was no one coming around to refill waters or non-alcoholic beverages. Food also arrived in shifts - one or two plates at a time, making it difficult for everyone to enjoy together. Most of the food was actually pretty tasty, although several people felt the spice level was too high on basic items like the beans or the enchilada sauce. (Again with no water refills we were breathing fire). At one point I attempted to hunt down a manager and the gentleman I flagged just looked at me with confusion even when I said “who is in charge here?” Drinks were tasty and presented in a fun way but really pricey at $18-20 each. We were there with adults and kids at a relatively early hour. A DJ started up around 7pm and the music was fun but incredibly loud and some of it filled with F words and other “adult” content. We are by no means prude but it was like - know your audience?? We were barely attended to - no way of pointing out mistakes with our food and no one asked if we were ok or enjoying the meal. When the bill came - 20% gratuity was already added (because we were a party of 7?). The waitress was totally no deserving but we had no way of altering it. I might be willing to try again but TBD

Went for my 22nd birthday yesterday and service was terrible !! We bought a bottle in the beginning of the dinner and go forgotten about and bottle didn’t come till we finished our food and was ready to leave and on top of that we wait over an hr and half for our food to come out !! At the end we had a high tab of 1,500 and weren’t allowed to spit the tab at all which is fine we were just not informed but the server had the nerve to say “if you guys don’t have money to pay we had a lot of dishes u can wash “ like what because u thought we couldn’t pay bc we were young ?? After we just tip 300$ and spent hella money yeah never again !!!!!!!!!!
