Feel free to order drinks or food between your favourite songs. Groups of 15 maximum per room. Please note we require notification at least 48 HOURS beforehand for any changes in order to issue a refund. Full payment to be taken at the restaurant on date of your booking, if no show - full payment will be taken from card assigned to booking :)

Questo hotel è bellissimo, al momento ho soltanto cenato lì, ma spero nel futuro spero di poter soggiornare in un Mamashelter. Ottima atmosfera, buon cibo e birra e personale estremamente gentile. Promosso!

Menu de Noël imposé. Nous avons reçu l’entrée avant nos apéros. Nous avons dû ralentir la cadence pour la suite car les plats s’enchaînent. Qualité des plats très très moyenne au regard du prix. Rapport qualité-prix très mauvais.

The first waiter was rude, insisting that my wife order an adult meal until she had to tell him that she’s had bariatric surgery so cannot eat an adult meal. No one has questioned her before. My 13-year old son was served a measly and tasteless macaroni; my potatoes tasted off and the cake seemed to come from Iceland’s. Disappointed. Won’t be going back; there are far better places to have Christmas dinner

The roast potatoes were as if recooked from frozen and deep fried and turkey was not the same standard of even Toby carvery. It did not have texture or taste of a fresh carved turkey, possibly because it was previously frozen. Starters and deserts were lively, as well as the smoothies which are delicious. Shame about the Xmas main course. I love the restaurants ambience.

Christmas menu: Poor service for the price we paid. We felt rushed to move on to each subsequent course, as we were served without even having finished our current plates. We were asked to move to another table after dessert; not a big deal, but we spent only 1 hour and 10 minutes at the table. It's not like we were sitting for 2 hours without consuming anything. I regret paying the optional service charge, but again, we were encouraged to pay as soon as the bill was placed on the table. Food-wise, it was very pricey for what it was.. I wanted to come back for a burger, now I'm really unsure.. !

Great meal and cocktails. Maybe another bar person needed, to wait 15 minutes for 5 G&T's and not be able to pay straight away was frustrating. But we enjoyed ourselves and loved our karaoke session.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! The service is incredible!! Super friendly staff, so smiley! So helpful. Decor is stunning! Stayed there for hours, it was perfect! They also have a free bday brownie to the girls bday. Absolutely amazing experience. The staff were all just incredible! Highly recommend!!!

Super Sunday roast, especially the vegetables. Maybe ask how you like your meat cooked!
