   This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent food and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and on top of things. As an older person it can be difficult to hear in some places but not at all here. Well worth a try, people!

   We had a wonderful dinner at Mama's on Main! Jessie was our server and she was so welcoming and hospitable! Our dinner was absolutely delicious! Our little girl enjoyed the children's spaghetti and meatball paired with the crispy potatoes. They initially came out with the salsa verde seasoning which was a tad too spicy for our 7 year old. Jessie and Chef were so kind and immediately whipped up the crispy potatoes sans salsa verde and she crushed them! Chef's kiss! My husband and I had the marinated olives, meatballs and chicken parm. OMG it was all soooo good! We devoured it all, it was just perfectly done and the portions were perfect! He enjoyed a manhattan as well! And for the finale, we had the Italian cookies. They are out of this world. We can't get enough of these cookies! Thankfully there are 6 total so they are perfect for sharing! The ambience and service are always so outstanding here. It's truly one of our fave places in Covington. A family favorite!!!

   We ate on the heated rooftop which was lovely and romantic. The service was great and the food was fantastic. We celebrated my birthday there and they brought us a birthday dessert which was super kind.

   Great for date night. Menus were not overwhelming and everything came out quick and hot.

   Food and service were great as always but it was really really loud, even more than usual. It's a small room with tables right on top of each other, so when it got loud it became a cycle, people had to talk even louder which raised the noise in the room even more so everyone had to shout even louder and it added up to being impossible to have a comfortable conversation.

   Very good service and the food is delicious. I have eaten there at least 6 times and have loved everything I have ever ordered. The old fashion is smooth too!

   Eggplant parmigiana was excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs were rather spicy. The noise level was quite high. Service was excellent.

    The restaurant is eclectic ranging from a religious stained glass window to tasteful pinups. The team is focused and casual yet professional and attentive. The food was excellent. We had the bread service a tasty focaccia with a delicious cheese spread. Next the arancini which were cooked to perfection flavorful with just enough tomato sauce. Main course was the eggplant parmigiana crispy yet tender which comes with a great staple (spaghetti) we added a side of meatballs which were tender and flavorful albeit a bit garlicky. The meatballs aligned well with the eggplant and consuming them together resulted in a fantastic flavor. I would definitely recommend mama’s and we will return.
