   We have been wanting to stop in here for what I perceived to be an authentic Italian dining experience, and boy were we right. From the start to the finish the service was excellent by everyone on the staff, but especially Lorenzo our server, who was actually born and raised in Italy himself. The Pinot Grigio wine, clams, and both Spaghettini dishes reminded me of my family’s sauce recipes dating back to the 1800’s. Just done right. This place has a phenomenal story and is family owned, so anytime we are in North Scottsdale again we will be sure to stop in to stuff ourselves once again. 10 stars!!!

   Chris our server was attentive and informative. We took a chance since we were visiting from the East and had no prior eating experience at this establishment. The cacio Pepe - was fair. I have had better . My suggestion would be for a lighter dish with far less butter and a thinner pasta and less pepper. The veal piccata was excellent- tender and flavorful. My grandson said the crème brûlée was the highlight of desserts on our trip. Choosen savangion blanc was excellent . Not a bad choice for a reasonably priced meal.

   Food was delicious and the staff was very nice. Only downside, the server would disappear. She also brought the wrong type of pasta for our order and forgot to order one of our drinks.

   Definitely the best Italian food we have eaten in years. There is a vey affordable happy hour menu (weekdays 4-6pm) along with regular entrees in the $20s (like lasagna) but we ordered daily specials that were more ($40s), cocktails, appetizers, a bottle of Sangiovese and desserts..so our bill rivaled a visit to Costco. I highly recommend this restaurant, but be careful as the costs can get away from you if your aren’t careful and are ordering on a hungry stomach.

   Food was authentic Italian and obviously made with great respect for tradition and fresh ingredients. Chris was provided excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. Unpretentious location but a real local gem.

   There was a fishy odor when we first walked in and we almost turned around and left. Food was okay but there are a number of better Italian restaurants that we go before returning here.

   Honestly, if the food wasn’t good, I probably wouldn’t come here anymore. I really don’t like the service I receive when I’m there. The server always brings me hard, cold bread, and for some reason, we always get the same server. Something I really didn’t like last night, was the fact that the person who refilled my water, reached OVER my FOOD to refill the glass. I was disgusted and brought it up to my server who only said “sorry.” That is disgusting and what should have happened, is I should’ve been prepared an entirely new plate. Please train your servers properly- which is, they should come around to the side where the actual glass is so they don’t reach over people. I also didn’t appreciate that they sat a party beside us and added a chair to the end of the table where we were sitting, versus putting it on the other side where there was no one. Please do better, Lucy.

   First time dining here, and after sitting I noticed what seemed to be an aroma of cleaning materials. The bread seemed hard and didn’t taste fresh. Ordered Chicken Parmigiana, it was very hard to cut and seemed leftover and overcooked, didn’t look like chicken and chewed like jerky. To their credit they remade the dish; this time it looked like chicken, and although not tender it was at least able to be cut - nice sauce and cheese, but terrible chicken.

    We took our grandchildren aged 8 and 11 for dinner. Our server Chris was very good making them feel special. The food was very good. The gnocchi in pesto was very good. Overall great dinner
