   Our entire experience, from beginning to end, was absolutely amazing! The quick, pleasant greeting when we walked in was a great beginning. Our server David, was spot on, friendly and charismatic. The entire staff was attentive, and left us wanting for nothing. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. This was our first visit, and we most certainly will return!

   We had such a good experience here! Our waiter, Ernesto, was so attentive and friendly. The staff kept coming around to make sure everything was going well and the vibe in the place was great!

   Everything was wonderful from where we were seated to the service, food and cocktails! The owner was present and checked on us a few times and our waiter was always nearby to get anything we wanted. I went with the truffle garlic bread / whipped ricotta appetizer (yum) and my husband had a Caesar salad (which was deliciously well-dressed). I wish I hadn't filled up on the bread basket first...but there was a nice variety in it and I couldn't stop myself. For dinner I had the sesame seared tuna steak, which was HUGE and came with a nice amount of perfectly cooked broccoli rabe and just a few roasted potatoes (thank God because I was carbed out at that point). My husband had the spicy mezzi rigatoni vodka and a side of mangia meatballs from the appetizer menu...I think one meatball went home with us. We didn't stay for dessert because we just couldn't eat anymore. For cocktails I had a polite and dirty martini (the bleu cheese stuffed olives were sooo tasty) and my husband had some kind of bourbon apple cocktail. I had a second cocktail, the Alpine Manhattan, which was delicious. The only thing I would recommend is to put a sign in the entry vestibule on Merrick (which is where we entered) pointing us in the direction of the check-in desk at the rear of the restaurant. I suppose most people enter from the back parking lot. We stood there for about a minute trying to figure out where the host was. We will definitely be back!

There is a sign in the vestibule in a gold frame pointing you to the rear entrance as yes we have valet parking Friday and Saturday but you did get a lucky front spot!!    Food was delicious ! The ambience was fun with the Dj ! Our waitress was efficient and professional . The Bus boys were attentive ! Everything was right on point ! Going back for Sunday brunch !!!! Thanks Mangia e Bevi for a perfect night out with our friends .

   Food was excellent - veal chop and short rib pasta for dinner. Started with the pesto stuffed burrata. Carmella was our server So nice, so helpful, and on point with everything we asked her. Thank you Carmella! Restaurant was really nice - will definitely be back!

   Every person on the staff is attentive and friendly. The service is truly wonderful, they make the experience. The food is always delicious. Everything we’ve tried so far has been fantastic especially the margarita flatbread (favorite) and the strip steak cooked to perfection.

   We made reservations and got there about 10 minutes early - went to the bar for a drink and didn’t leave - we ate at the bar - Michele was awesome! Felt like we were best friends. The food was great - veggie pizza, rice balls awesome, shrimp with zucchini linguine, short rib with pasta. Wow each dish was better than the last for dessert the chocolate cake was huge (big enough for 4). The owners came over and introduced themselves which was a nice touch felt like they cared what everyone thought. Definitely will be back!

   Mangia e bevi never disappoints! Started off with an old fashioned and a lemon drop Bartender did a great job Nice live music, our waitress Carmela was so sweet. The whole staff was very tentative. We shared a pepperoni hot honey flat bread YUMMY Ceaser salad also delish We all had pasta dishes everyone loved their dish. Love this place. We will be back!

    Second time here. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Ernesto our server advised us of the evenings specials and took our drink order. The evening went wonderfully from the cocktails to the appetizers. Dinner was exceptionally good we had the stuffed veal chop special, the tuna and the chicken scarpiello. We finished up with very tasty desserts. I must add that I truly appreciate the service this restaurant offers. Ernesto hit it out of the park yet again. We met the owner and he was friendly and very appreciative of our patronage. I am putting Mangia e Bevi on top of my list. Thank you all for another wonderful night
