   The team and food was amazing at Manthan. Service was great throughout the night and we really appreciated being run through the history of each dish and how it was put together. The ambience within the restaurant was great too. The low lighting in the evening made the experience feel cozy. I enjoyed the vegetarian set menu and each dish brought something new for us to experience. Service was great throughout and we felt very well taken care of!

   Manthan has a warm and welcoming setting. Service was prompt and polite(would be good if you can explain the dishes once served…one of the staff did, others did not). The food, unfortunately, was too heavy on spice even for my Indian palate. For my guest, the artichoke was way too hot in spite of requesting it be mildly prepared whilst ordering. My lamb chops were very tender; did melt in my mouth but would do well to tone down the spice a couple of notches…overwhelms your taste buds with the chilli heat.

   Absolutely exceptional dining experience at Manthan! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish was bursting with authentic Indian flavors that were both bold and refined. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and offered great recommendations. Every detail was considered, and the entire staff made us feel welcomed. They remembered that we dined a week before with our long time friends from London. If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary journey, Manthan is a must-visit! Highly recommend! Will come again if we return to London. Thank you for a wonderful last dinner in London.

   Another excellent visit to Manthan; food and service both really excellent and very different to other Indian influenced restaurants. The menu is very interesting and the cooking is exceptional.

    The food here was really nice, plenty of variety especially with the meat dishes. The staff were very helpful and polite at pointing us at some of the stand out dishes. The atmosphere was lovely. It was mine and my dads birthday and they brought us out two desserts on the house which was very generous and kind.
