                                                            The views and the ambience are perfect. The staff is nice and welcoming. The wait for the food is too long and they do not keep a good pace with the food. We got there at 5:30 PM and didn’t get our main course until 7:20 PM. My boyfriend ordered a beer and they said they were not cold yet, so he ordered a mixed drink and after one hour waiting for that drink they told him to order something else because that particular drink for some reason would take longer… it was a piña colada… He then ordered a margarita. I ordered the exact same margarita and they both tasted very different. Mine was perfect, his was terrible. There is no consistency in the way they prepare the drinks. The calamari was chewy and pale. The donuts with crab were ok, but nothing memorable. The shrimp was really good. Do not order the steak. We ordered medium and got medium well. It was a very bad cut with lots of chewy parts. It looked like boiled meat with lots of sautéed onions on top, not something you would expect from a restaurant. The string fries were good. Portions were considerably small for the price. We couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend it to anyone.

                                                            Nice restaurant with a great view of El Morro and the bay marina. Service was excellent even though some items from the menu were not available. The food was good but overpriced. Overall, we had a nice time.

                                                            Our waitress was INCREDIBLE. She spent extra time with us to make sure our drinks were customized and delicious. Took extra care into good mocktails for my pregnant wife. We only did small plates and every bite was packed with flavor. View was also incredible !

                                                            It goes without saying that the food was insane. Chef Jose Mendin’s creations were delightfully creative. The views of old San Juan provide a romantic backdrop for this elegant experience. If you’re lucky enough to get a table here, it’s place to celebrate the New Year in San Juan!!!

                                                            The setting was suberb on top of the new Hotel Alma facing the iconic Colon square in old San Juan The service started well for the starters which were minuscule ( new years menu) but tasty . We then waited for nearly 45 minutes for our main course and when asked the staff said it was due to two sittings menu and offered no apology ! Very poor management as there were at least 6 servers ! The duck arrived ( cold) doused with black cherry sauce poorly presented it looked like dark blood . The quality of the meat was good . To add insult to injury desert came on a small ceramic spoon . Pretentious and disappointing .

                                                            Very limited brunch options. We ordered wakamole, to share, main entrees the mallorca for my friend and the burger for me. The mallorca came firts which it didn’t make any sense and we sent it back since we wanted the wakamole first.
