   My recent visits left me with a mixed impression. While the interior atmosphere of the establishment creates a nice ambiance, the service we experienced was unfortunately lacking. Despite having made a reservation, we were left standing without being greeted or shown to our table. We had to approach the bartender ourselves to place our drink order. On a positive note, the manager we spoke with was great in our first visit. It seems the service standard may vary significantly depending on the occasion, I sincerely hope the management addresses these service inconsistencies to match the quality of their atmosphere.

   This bar has great vibes and yes, it’s worth to visit. But be aware, the show starts at 9pm, unlike the announcement at the homepage. I and other foreigners have waited for so long and quite disappointed at the delay. Maybe locals know that the show starts late but tourists have no chance to know their rule.

   We were so disappointed We were visiting Sydney and chose this venue to enjoy live music as that is what they advertise on their website. No such thing. They advised us that the live music wasn’t on. The service was terrible. The room itself was stunning.

   It is a beautiful venue. We went there to experience the Monday night “jam session “of the musicians that was supposed to start at eight. The food was but not great. The service was abominable. The food came out separated by about 15 minutes, with the later food being cold. The seating was uncomfortable. The only comfortable seats were at the bar. The music started over an hour late. I had such high hopes.

   Upon our arrival we made ourselves known to a staff member and were disappointed to find that a table hadn't been reserved for us. Luckily for us, a couple were leaving and offered us their table. I understand that the bar was busy and that there are disclaimers that there is no guarantee etc but it had me wondering, if I had not made myself known to a staff member would my credit card have been debited by the no show fine of $50?

   Hi, I’m unable to judge the food, as I never dined, the atmosphere and decor was stunning, I was running really late for my table, I tried to contact the venue several times to inform them but the servers were down, and once I arrived my table had been given away, which is understandable, I just hope I don’t get charged for it. Despite this, I will return as the venue is very good.
