   Lovely atmosphere wonderful music I thought the selection of the buffet was somewhat limited. But the prime rib they served was outstanding.

   Food was great and staff were helpful. It was too popular, staff struggled to keep up with the crowd. had to wait 1/2 hour for table even with reservation.

   We returned to the Ocala Hilton for their Thanksgiving Buffet.... Our reservation was at 2:30 and we we seated promptly at 2:35 The ambience, music and staff were all enjoyable. The Buffet was outstanding.. Traditional Thanksgiving offerings along with Ham and Prime Rib which was some of the best I've had... The Buffet was well worth the price of $ 62. The only negatives were the noise level was on the high side and the staff started taking away the tables and chairs before we were done with our meal.. All in all we would highly recommend the Buffet and hope to return next year

   The ONLY problem we had, which wasn't really that important: Because it was Thanksgiving and VERY hectic and busy, their system for finding people who had checked in and were waiting for a table could have been better. The hostesses had to go searching for people. Perhaps a better way would be to send guests a text when a table was ready. That way, if the wait was going to be a while, guests could walk around or have a drink at the bar, etc. But we will definitely go back. In fact, we're planning on going to the Hilton Ocala Sunday brunch in a few weeks.

   We are new to the area and had no family present for the Thanksgiving Holiday so we decided to venture out and enjoy a nice meal. The buffet at the Hilton in Ocala was plentiful. The price seemed fair. The wait with reservations quite long. The staff incredibly attentive and friendly despite the crowd they were serving. Desert was atrocious! Not worth eating and sparce. We will not do it again, not worth the value of the entire experience.

   Went for Thanksgiving Buffet Brunch. It was outstanding. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. A wide selection of buffet items. Music/singer was terrific. Even got a horse drawn carriage ride on the grounds. A great experience and value.

   Everything was very good, with a diverse selection. The service was excellent as well. The only complaint was the chicken in the chicken Parmesan was made with processed meat like chicken nugget meat.

    Very nice brunch. We learned the menu is adjusted weekly so it is not the same brunch every week. Miranda Madison singing in the background was a nice touch.
