I am pleased to share that this recent experience was markedly improved and demonstrated Marketplace’s commitment to addressing guest feedback and ensuring a quality dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance felt noticeably more inviting and well-orchestrated. The atmosphere allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable evening, creating the ideal backdrop for a memorable dining experience. The food was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and served with attention to detail, while the service was attentive, professional, and seamless throughout the night. What stood out most during this visit was the effort made by the Marketplace ambassadors to address the concerns I had raised previously. Their willingness to acknowledge and act on feedback was evident, and their actions demonstrated a commitment to ensuring all guests feel valued and accommodated. Had a group of six, and the staff handled our needs with grace - they went above and beyond to provide a memorable birthday outing for my father in law and sister in law. As always, the food was wonderful, and the atmosphere is great.

And then when we were seated, we were offered to round tables push together for our party of four that was practically in the waiting area. We had requested a high top in the bar. The server while pleasant was not good or attentive. We were often left sitting for quite a while. Overall a very disappointing experience. Sad that we brought our friends here.

We were there fairly early on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds. The service, food, and price were all very good. We will certainly be back!
